Brought my car in for a regular service/oil change at 8:30 AM. Never received a call or message that my car was ready. I called to inquire, spoke to some AI robot, received a text that someone would contact me to let me know. I never got an update. I kept calling but still never getting an update. About 5:30 I finally figured out how to get to an actual live person who put me on hold for a while then told me my car was ready. Then tells me they close at 6:00 so I need to hurry. Louie had already gone home but never contacted me about my car. Very dissatisfied with this service appointment.

I think Alex my service rep could have been a little more communicative and attentive to text replies and more forthcoming to alerting to what service repair needs to be done with a follow up call prior to 'your vehicle is ready' notice.
Service done was great and on par as always.
