Had an appointment at 10:30am Didn't receive my car back AFTER a little over 3hrs. Your associate Aaron Perez apologized but while he was on lunch I asked different service center associates and were very rude. So what's the point to do these surveys if nothing changes. Not the first time associates are rude. I heard when they said no more walk ins. Whatever esy you guys have this with walk ins and people who actually make appointments IS NOT WORKING. I f we make appointments you should serve those first and perhaps help walkins in between appointments. It is not fair for anyone to wait over an hour to maybe 1½ hours for a simple oil change. There was another customer also waiting for her car that was there since 9:30 am also for ONLY an oil change. So this tells me that management is not doing their job to make sure associates are being fast and professional.

Customer service today was great. However, I do hope Honda will consider making its service and maintenance pricing more accessible. The cost of parts and labor seems significantly marked up, which can make routine services challenging for the average customer to afford. While service advisors often mention discounts, these savings are usually minimal and don’t offset the high overall cost. Honda has built a reputation for reliability and value, and I believe making maintenance more consumer-friendly would help uphold that reputation.

Problem with my car could have been diagnosed with the inspection that comes with the oil change I payed for. But the diagnostic was ran first—and didn’t find anything. Had someone asked me about what was going on with my car maybe this could have been prevented. But they took my novice opinion as fact, which undermines my trust in the expertise Toyota provides. I could go on. I felt completely ripped off.
