It had nothing to do with Muhammad, but now my air conditioner is making a weird noise and I have to take it back to the dealership. I opted out of having them change my air filter for $109 and went to the parts department and bought what I showed the guy on my phone I needed and he sold me the wrong air filter that I now have to return. And I still haven’t got my gas tank fixed cause you only work certain people on the weekends.

notes said I declined air filter and cabin filter. you guys didn't even bother to check that I have already changed those 2 filters elsewhere. you guys just spit out charges and maintenance without even checking car ridiculous.

First, our service was with Joseph Guerrero, Tommy, and Justin in finance. Second, we enjoyed the overall service. There were opportunities for us to talk about the price and options available and we feel that we were heard/ listened to. The only “complaint” we would have would be the fact that the alarm system that is put in the cars without an option to not have it, was a bit unfair. It adds extra money onto the price that the buyer isn’t expecting so making that optional would’ve made the whole process that much better. Thank you all for helping us get our first family car!

I was able to text Enrique to get me set up with an appointment the next morning after my request, for what seemed to me to be a relatively quick repair, but too difficult for me at my age and size. I showed up shortly after your service center opened, and Enrique was there to greet me, and was all over the job quickly. And although unscheduled, I requested a multi-point inspection on my Santa Fe Sport and an oil change. Enrique was able to efficiently work this into the schedule. They took care of the repair and the oil change, and a few other items that the multipoint inspection discovered were due. And all of this was done while I relaxed in your comfortable customer lounge area. And I love that you offer free, coffee, espressos, and hot chocolate. And integrating communications via texting into the approval and repair process is fantastic as it allows the customer to keep abreast of the progress on their vehicle. And I love that I can text Enrique anytime to facilitate my needs at your service center. I feel like Enrique is my personal Hyundae physician. Thank you so much.
