When I dropped my car off for repair, my car was clean and recently washed. After 2 days in the shop for repairs, my car was covered with bee frass, bird poop and dust. It was absolutely filthy and disgusting! Washing my car before returning it to me would represent good customer service by Norm Reeves Honda!
