Trouble getting someone to advise when work completed. My service Rep had the afternoon off and said someone else would contact me, but no one did. I had a bit of hassle to get to a human to get answer, as leaving a message to call got me nowhere.

Kyle answered all my the questions that I had. He also advised me of any upcoming maintenance for my vehicle. I really love the new facility. It's so convenient the way you all have it designed to where it an easy enter and exit from the building. I had a 2 1/2 hour wait today. But it was nice that you had coffee, water & snack. It came in handy. I waited for my car and it was so comfortable in the waiting area that I didn't even know that the time had passed when Kyle came and told me my car was ready.
