Thanhs customer service was outstanding. He made the process smooth and understanding. I felt welcomed and cared for. Truly an amazing experience. I even went shopping because of him and I didn’t not know this service was accessible.

My service coordinator happened to be Tony Caballero. I came in for my maintenance check. I presented an oil change coupon that I received through my email for $99.95. He insisted that it, due to my car needing synthetic oil, the cost would be $140. It seems as if he couldn't get it to go down to $99.95, because a nearby coworker had to help him navigate through the computer to fix the price. Overall, I was unsatisfied because, although the coupon was valid for ANY OIL CHANGE, he didn't opt to ask about how to honor the coupon instead of insisting on the price that was displayed on the monitor.
