As an employee of NRFS, I was quoted 80$ for a simple oil change in my F-150 Ford truck, by the BDC. I specifically gave the info of my vehicle., this was a couple of weeks ago. I bring in my truck door the oil change and paid 103$ and change I was told by my adviser they couldn’t honor the amt given, this was when my truck was ready. Next time taking it to Midas for the better quote & service.
