The issue I have with my car was hard to address because it’s an intermittent noise coming from the seat belt buckle area. Although I have to admit that this process took me several visits to the service to try to repeat the problem, I’m glad that it was finally fixed and John was kind to schedule all those appointments and provides me with the Lyft rides. It was nice to work with John.

My dissatisfaction was when I ask the services manager if he can honor another Honda dealership Joseph(Buena Park Honda)I showed him the online special offer of $59.95 for a oil change and amenities. Amenities. .One of was a Car washes when your vehicle is serviced. Joe said no cause that dealership was out of their geographic area. I said your dealership should do the same for your customer again. And honor Buena Park oil change special at $59.95. I paid full price $69 and my car wasn’t washed. I will take my business elsewhere like Buena Park. They take care of their customers.
