Kyle is awesome! Extremely friendly, detail oriented and very knowledgeable. Even though they weren't able to diagnose the issue with the car as it's intermittent they were thorough. Asked for pictures, videos, and other details of the issue. He also handled an oil change on my wife's G70, and with the pictures of their inspection I was able to convince her to let me clean the engine bay, do the air filter and cabin filter. 10/10. For a new stand alone Genesis Dealership, the service department is amazing!

On a sidenote, while I was waiting in the lounge, the show on TV with a very violent Cage fighting match, so I inquired at the reception desk if they could change the channel and she said no because upstairs management was not there on Saturdays, and so no one had the Ability to change the channel. This is something that your team should be able to quickly resolve, so I mention it as a point of improvement. Thanks
