The managers Clifford B. Argued with me regarding my tire repair and how it was “Not done wrong.” The service tech admitted to making the error. He was honest and trustworthy. The manager, on the other hand, was rude to me and tried to make me believe I was wrong and he was right. After the tech said in front of me and the manager that he made a mistake and only then, did the mgr. say it would be fixed. He NEVER did apologize to me. I bought TWO new cars from that dealership and I did not deserve to be treated badly. I understand people are human & make mistakes;however, when you are in customer service there is no excuse for treating loyal customers badly.
