I had scheduled an appointment and as soon as I checked in I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Unbelievable!

We couldn’t pick the car up when finished because the check engine light was still on. It was too busy for anyone to look at it quickly so it will require another trip by my elderly father in-law to pick it up.
