I was happy with Bert Lumpkin’s since this is what the survey is based on. I am very unsatisfied with the technician recommending unnecessary services. The drive belt on my car was replaced by Honda last year and has just over 5000 miles. Why would it need replacing? Either Honda installed a bad belt or the technician made a mistake.

It was a horrible experience. I had an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours for an oil change. They offer the free car wash but it was closed and I was unable to use it. Very poor service. He did give me a discount on my oil change but it was a horrible experience.
