I initially made the appointment for 8:30 am on Saturday of last week. Received a text and email on the 4th of July, reminding me of my appointment on Friday. Wrong date and another appointment made it impossible to come in on Friday. Left message on answering service on the 4th., that Friday was not the appointment date I made. Call again Friday morning and got a service representative for several Hendrix dealerships. This was a total disaster and I will never call this number again. Only time I could come in was on Sunday at 4:20 PM. Arrived on time and waited for over 2 and 1/2 hours for my oil change to be completed. Finally, Jessica told me that a pump used to get the old oil out of the engine had failed and this was why it took so long. Jessica did not charge me for this service. My wife and I have purchased over 6 vehicles from your dealership and have always enjoyed the buying end of the dealership. I wish I could tell you the same thing for the service end. I understand things happen and do not mind waiting for my service to be completed, but I do expect to be kept in the loop when problems arise. It took me two trips to your dealership on a recall situation. I will continue to buy my vehicles from your dealership in the future, but not the oil change service.
