I love Honda’s we have bought 5. I buy every few years because I drive a long way to work and want a reliable car. However, I have had some issues with this one. When I brought it in this time it was the second time. I was asked if I was Not trying to hear a noise. I was also questioned why I didn’t have an appointment after calling the day before and being told to bring it in the morning. I was told sometimes computers freeze and I would just have to wait for it to unfreeze in re:to the screen as sometimes there is a lag, for 20k there should be no lag in performance. I was also told Civic engines are loud-pretty sure I would know the difference between a new noise and the engine sound on a car I have had 7 months. Perhaps because I am a woman I was treated like I was ignorant, but don’t talk down to me like I am idiot. I have always been treated well at this dealership thank goodness or this would be the last time I visited and purchased from Hendricks. People have bad days and I get it-maybe I am sensitive because my mother recently passed but I asked coworkers how they would interpret these comments and they all agree they were insulting. That’s why I chose to speak with a manager upon returning to pick up my vehicle that afternoon. Again I understand people have bad days, we all do but sometimes you have to just smile and and THINK someone is stupid not actually make comments. Have a good day and thank you.

I needed a tire that the dealership no longer has in stock. Isaac Powell ordered the tire for me and got it in overnight to get my car taken care of! Isaac is awesome!!

After looking under the hood after service the washer fluid had not been tipped off. My wife was the one who brought the car in and was assured all fluids were checked and topped off. One not being topped off makes me not believe others were either not checked or topped off.
