Last week I went to see if I can get an oil change. I only have 5% left and need to do the oil change ASAP if was possible . Unfortunately I did not get too much help from one of the service dept. service person, He told you have to wait until next Friday to get the oil change Nothing sooner . yesterday I decide to go back I can’t wait any longer. Going out of town .. I got the fortune to get help from Issac Powell he did not let me wait until Friday , he help me to get the oil change same day and within 2 hrs the job was done. This is what a call a team player .

3 different quoted times made it really hard to plan my work schedule and picking up my daughter from school. The sales person that had just called me Friday when I got an oil change to talk about my upgrading options called again right after indropped my car off on Monday. There should be a note in the system if a person comes in for multiple appts in a short period of time. I texted and left a message and didn’t get a response for over an hour-which was 1.5 hours past my quoted time. My car was ready at 5 rather than 2.
