David did an excellent job keeping me informed of what my car needed and letting me know exactly how long it would take including letting me know when my car would be ready and he would be stepping away from his station to eat lunch. This is something a previous agent did not bother to do and just left me there waiting when my car was ready. I really appreciated his professionalism.
