I brought our vehicle in for some very basic routine maintenance (i.e. an oil & filter change and vehicle inspection, etc.). I specifically setup an appointment to avoid an unusually long wait time. Despite this effort, the work took nearly 2 hours... I think the amount of time taken to perform this type of routine maintenance was excessive.
