Vital was very knowledgeable an assisted me with a quick and easy check in. He made sure my concerns would be addressed with the air filters as well as the tire light. He called and let me know my car was ready within the approximated time given. He also updates me on the additional services for the vehicle that need to be addressed. He had a sense of hope when I made jokes about my “car choking and the oil had not been changed I’m almost a year”. He was a pleasure to work with.
