Jessica was wonderful from the moment I spoke with her on the phone to make my appointment. 1/16/16 I purchased my 2007 Accord. I noticed how great Jessica’s attention to all customers when I came in for my first oil change. She engaged me and made sure I was taken care of even though I was working with someone else. Yesterday after describing to Jessica my problem with my car she explained that the car symptoms I described was my power steering pump. My appointment was for racket-pinion. Jessica was correct and I was able to get both repaired. Jessica saved me a lot of time and the mechanic worked late on 1/18/19 to make sure my car was ready for pickup first thing the next morning. So please share this with him as well. Jessica kept me informed on the status of my car being serviced the entire time my car was there. Thank you for having these great employees working for you. They make a huge difference to why I’m so satisfied with your service department.
