I already spoke with the service manager. I sat for two hours for an oil change and for a leak in the tire. I then had to leave the car for a tire to be out on because they didn’t have one for the car. I ended up leaving it overnight. I asked twice if the fluids had been checked and was told that they were. When we got the car home, my husband discovered that there was hardly any coolant in the car and the transmission fluid was low.

I was in for an oil change & asked for them to check my loose mud flap. The representative assured me a new one was needed & placed an order. I made an appointment to return 3 days later to install the new one. However, after almost an hour of waiting the second time, I was told that I did not actually need the new part & that I had to go to “the body shop” to get it fixed. I then had to wait 30 more minutes at the collision center to have the technician replace a screw clip in less than 5 minutes. I was not happy with the amount of time I spent for such a seemingly simple fix.

My car is still sitting there. I made arrangements to pick it up. I work from home but I left my work. My mom dropped me off and left. The car did not start. I’ve been told that the technician looked at it and can find nothing wrong. I brought it in for 60,000 mike service. It was starting before it was serviced. I am very concerned and disappointed. I don’t want to get stuck somewhere with a car that won’t start. I’ve conveyed this to Will as well. I have been a customer since 2003 and have never had an experience like this.
