Mr Palacios was great! It was the 2 gentleman who skipped my car to serve other people behind me. The one person smiled at us as mechanics looked and shocked their heads. He looked at us and said she has an appointment. Well so did I. Mine was at 7, I got helped at 7:20. Very disappointed and my not go back to Goudy because of that.

Went in for 30,000 mile service. I was quoted a certain price and time of hour and a half. I ended up waiting 2 hours and it still wasn't done. Total time ended up being 3 hours. The wait was unacceptable and they offered to give me a discount. The discount was only $40 off a $500 service. I feel ripped off.
