We did talk about 10% off my service but when going to pick my car and paying for it. It was not added or left on the comments and never got my 10% off. My car is car and review but disappointed.

Your service department did not honor the appointment time.
Your specialist told the customer that the car was ready, but in fact it was not.
Your specialist generate a quote for service but did not include labor charge. That's an absolutely dishonest practice. You need to be more transparent with your customer about charges.
