I’ve always had my cars serviced by your dealership and I continue to be happy with the service. The only thing I dislike is when the repair costs me an arm and a legs because to fix the problem requires the change of an entire assembly.

I went with my adult son. When Wilson approached us he only greeted my son and directed questions to him about the car all without making eye contact with me. I was standing in front of my don and Wilson completely overlooked me. I told him it was my car and proceeded to tell him the issues I have been having with the car. After that he was thorough and provided a loaner car since my car wouldn’t be ready right away.

I spoke with or saw Neil in three different occasions recently regarding an oil leak that turned into a whole transmission change that required a car rental. In ever single occasion I felt that he was thoroughly considerate of my needs and was left with nothing to want for. His customer service was excellent. He was prompt and efficient, patient with my own lack of understanding around cars, transparent about what my warranty covers and what are my options. He was so considerate so as to even print an extra copy of my insurance to keep on my glove compartment! (I hadn’t had the physical copy on me) It was nice that he even thought to do that (I certainly didn’t think to ask). I’m very pleased with the service I received with him and I hope he is getting the recognition that he deserves at Goudy for being a fantastic representative for any car dealer or agency.
