Everything was on time and we really appreciate the great service!

So i took my 2017 accord in on Sept 9. I had an appt at 11:45. My car had a fuel pump recall, i also asked if they could check a noise coming from the front passenger side. They gave me my receipt and it said all the things they were going to check at no cost. So i waited 4 hours, and the advisor told me they had found some twerks loose. He told me they had tighten them but if the noise came back to bring back the car and he would order new bolts. So i spent 4 hours waiting for my car, when i finally was getting ready to leave the advisor tells me if he could send me the paper work through email i said that was fine. When i was driving back home the noise was still there. So this guy never checked my car for the noise i told him about thats why he didnt give me no paper work he wanted me to come back And pay for the multipoint inspection. And thats what happend i came back and ended up paying 240 for brakes,i was desperate for that noise to go away. So he said if i wouldnt do my breaks he would charge me 140 for idk what. Its sad how u guys rip off people. The receipt that i got the second time i went had the date of sept 9 which is when i first went in. Hes a big time scammer! Btw this is Frank Gallegos. He made me wait 4 hours the first time, didn't checked what i requested. He pretty much didnt give a ****! Thats not right! I would like at least half of what i paid refunded back to me. Why? Because i trusted this advisor with my car and he lied to me about my car. There were no loose bolts thats just something he made up. Im seriously shocked! Will never go back to your service dept.

Daissy was very helpful & very friendly. This was my second time she was my service advisor. She was honest about what was needed to be done.

Service person wasn't customer friendly. Didn't communicate to me other than what the service entailed. No good morning or anything. I was just sitting there watching him on the computer and talking to another service worker. You have a painted mural "Ask not what your customers can do for you but what you can do for your customers". I think the service person misread the quote. I will never take my vehicles there again and will advise others to do the same.

Dennis is super helpful. He deserves a promotion for the quality of service he provides for all customers. A++++ would recommend.

Checked in for my 11:30am appointment and was told car would be ready by 1pm. By the time 1pm hit I could not find the man who was assisting me. I waited until 2:25 to say something to another Honda person, who then helped me get my car that had been done for some time. I waited an extra hour and 25 minutes with no sign of the person who was assisting me. Nor did I get updates on my car, I would have been okay if he had told me it was going to take longer than 1pm, but there was not even a notice.

Easy and comfortable

Great in getting back to me that same day. And for the honesty and integrity of finding out my vehicle was fine after being tested. And getting me an uber to pick me up since I was at work therefore no car. Excellent service and follow up. Thank you very much.

Mike did a great job! He looked up all of my vehicles information and gave me the recommendations. He offered the best value and delivered my car sooner than expected.
