Dennis was very helpful and friendly. He kept me informed about my car , what they found out and what need to be done. I talked to him at 7am and he was there at 7pm whenI picked up my car, made sure I understood all the services they have done. And he called the next day to make sure I am happy with the service. Daniel Tieu was great advised me car would be done around 2:00 PM. Just like clock work received a call from Daniel letting me know my car was done. I was also given a rental car at no charge. Goudy Honda is the BEST.

he insisted that i get the oil grade he wanted not the one i wanted. i felt he just wanted to upsell me. when i didnt agree he told me i can take my car and leave. he was rude and didnt for the customers need.

The majority of your service was good. I was given a warm welcome and the people I came in contact were very nice. I assume that the service to my car was good as well. Dennis mentioned that your Honda service had better customer service that where I purchased my car, at Airport Marina. I write because I cannot say I was “completely” satisfied, and I assume you would like to know that, and why, so you can fix things, to be better. These may seem like little things, but here goes. 1. I was told I could wait for my car, at the customer lounge, and that there was complimentary Starbucks coffee. Well, I was disappointed to find that the coffee machine was out of order, as well as the Lemonade machine. I was told that you had better customer service, than Airport Marina. Well Airport Marina had working complimentary coffee machines, as well as complimentary muffins. 2. I was told that my car would should be ready at around 4:15, and Dennis said he would call or text me, as well as come to me, in the customer waiting area. Well, 4:15 came and went. I waited patiently. No one called or came to me. I waited until 5:30, wondering, is there something wrong with my car. So I went back to the service area. They checked on my car and said it was done and they had the paperwork, but needed to check with Dennis about a charge. Well, Dennis was not there, and did not answer his cell. I waited, and In about 5 or 10 minutes, I was cleared to go. But, no one ever called me, or came to tell me when my car was finished, as was told would be done. I wonder, how long was I waiting there, when my car was really finished. Was I waiting patiently, for one and a half hours, for nothing?

Wilson did a great job assisting me! He was very informative and helpful with all the questions I had. He also went out of the way to make sure I was getting the services I needed. This is the first time I felt as if a Honda representative wanted to help me.
