I always take my car an do my service with you guys. The last couple of times your service specialist told me a d gave a d estimate to change the starter of my car when my starter was working fibe, I'm sure that Dennis helped ne that day. The second time your service specialist told me that the time belt need to be replace and he gave an estimate, and my CRV have a chain and it's not necesary to be replace. I think that they were trying to make money making spend in services that weren't necesary. You could check how much i trust you guys with my car, abd you guys tried to take advantage of me. I went today abd explain the issue, but nothing anbd i spend $724.00. I hope somebody can call me, and talk to me my number is ****-****-xxxx. Because I'm thinking to report these issue to a higher instance in california.

I think Goudy Honda is big enough to have auto parts in store at their facility. It's very inconvenient to return the car for service again after getting it serviced for at least 5 hours already.

I took my vehicle in at 9am. The rep who assisted me stated that the car wash opens at 10am, so that the oil change will get done and then they will wash it so Ge would call be when it was ready. Giving me a time of completion being 10:30am. I never received a call. At 12pm I approached the desk of the rep and he was apologetic about how long it was taking. He went to check my vehicle, and brought it out to me. The vehicle was not washed properly. The windshield still had bird secretion and smudges. The hood and bumper still had bug guts on them. The top of the vehicle looks as if it was never scrubbed, but wiped down with a damp towel; therefore, looking like smudged wet dirt. As I called it to the reps attention, he was rude and stated that I brought the car very dirty. And that it was a courtesy wash. I then asked if it was a wash or a rinse because I was not happy with the service. He was upset and asked if I wanted to get it rewashed, but that it was going to take longer. I had been there for 3 hours! An oil change and a car wash! And left dissatisfied!

Customer service experience was great! Issue was when I received my vehicle back they tested the window wiper spray and did not clean it after the fact. The spray dried on the windshield made it difficult to see out of it so I had to pull over and clean it myself. At least if you're going to test it make sure it is clean for the customer to look out of it and drive back home safely. (I do not need to be contacted regarding this incident just wanted to let you guys know.)
