I’m very satisfied with my adviser Wilson Yu who helped me through the service. Wilson actually went beyond to help the customer to take care of their issues. I’ll absolutely give Wilson a A++ for his service.
However as a loyal Honda owner, I’m extremely disappointed about the coverage of my Honda care warranty. I think they should rename the extended warranty to “Honda Don’t Care” extended warranty. I still didn’t get my problem resolved after three visits that makes me wonder why I even bother to have extended warranty.

Communication problem resulted not being helped for 30 min after my 7am appointment. Jose was great but after 2.5 hour service, I left and 5 min later “tire icon” light came on but I was too busy that day to return to have it attended to. Will need to find time to return this week.

So when I came to the service department, I mentioned that I could hear a noise coming from the dashboard when driving on rough roads. I also said that sometimes it is coming from the driver side, sometimes from the passenger side and sometimes from both sides. We went for a test drive and the advisor noticed the noise too. Any way, after I came back to pick up my car, I was told that they only fixed the driver side since the there was no noise coming from the passenger side, I was also told that once they fixed the car they did another test drive and they confirmed that there was no more noise coming from the dashboard. However, when I was driving home I could clearly hear the noise still coming from the passenger side (no more noise from the driver side)
They should have trusted the customer's complain and while they were fixing the pillar on the driver side fix the passenger side too. Now I have made another appointment for this Tuesday and have to come back to the dealership for something that was completely preventable!
