I was there at 8:20 for a follow-up visit for something that was not fixed in my first visit.
I was promised that the first available mechanic would work on my car and was given the ETA of 10am. Any way, at 10am I went to the advisor to get the status of my car since it wasn't ready, he told me that a mechanic would start working ok now it immediately and ask me that I need to wait. Any way, the car was ready in about 10 minutes after that.
So:
- they ignored my complaint the first time I was there so for something that only took 10 minutes to fix I had to come to the dealership twice.
- I was promised that the first available mechanic would work on my car, Which turned out to be a lie, they only started to work on my car when I went there after 10 to complain.
- they promised the car would be ready at 10, which wasn't the case.
In summary, overall it was a very bad experience.
