Thisbe the second time something happened to my car after bring it for oil change first it was oil licking second the cover from oil pan was lose and hit the ground and sales person cuz I drove the car 8 thousand miles kind of point it was my fault to the bolts were loose and I didn’t like the way he said it to me, I understand it’s a possibility but I always bring my car at the seeker for oil change

Most of the times my wife and I have taken our vehicles it always feels like certain things were not checked or done to the cars. I bought my first car at Goudy Honda so I always given them the benefit of the doubt but my wife and I feel like sometimes the workers don’t take people who they don’t think are important serious but I’m on the verge of taking our business else where to another Honda dealership. I’m not a complainer so usually I just will let things slide by but there is a point where you have to say something. Thank you
