Ivan was great. Service was mediocre for the fact that I was told I need a new transmission which is $4950 when my car 1. Runs fine and 2. I keep getting emails about trade ins for a new car. The timing of both the emails and my 2013 Accord sport needing a new transmission are a bit too close to one another.

I was only offered one way home while the vehicle is being service thats why I preferred to wait. I was promised that the vehicle will be done more or less than three hours (A/C check-up/service). It was two and a half hour when I was notified that there was a leak in the compressor. Really, it took almost three hours to find out that there was a leak? So I was informed again that it will take another 2-3 hours to get the job done. So I waited again in the waiting room that has a remote TV without the remote control. No charging station like the other service dept. Not even free water or coffee, as in nothing at all except the chairs in the waiting room. I was advised that in 2-3 hrs, the job will be done, expecting it to be done at 2:30 from the time I was informed at 11:30 in the morning. Two thirty past and my car was still not done. It was already 4:00 in the afternoon when my car was finally taken out from the service dept. I waited for almost seven (7) from 9:15 in the morning until 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Waiting that long is not a joke.
