First I’m really thanks Dennis m palacio .he is really A patient and a very professional service.and really a good man . Really understand my situation.I bought 2018 Honda CRV ex .And the car is really light use only 3900 miles on it. I choose Honda because Honda is a really good brand and the really trustworthy And reliable. But this car has really have a problem the oil dilution condition fuel is leaked into engine oil . Think about this way if you are a customer you like to spent $29,000 to buy a new car if the car have the problem would you buy it?how a about you feeling?if I sell this car now ,I will lose a lot of money and from myself.I hope Honda will fix this problem or recall the car to fix the car or find a solution to help me help all the customers. Any of your handling methods will affect your loyal guests.
