When picking up the car we were initially told we had to pay the fee because our warranty was expired and were given the date of expiration. When I said that I had an extended warranty they said we had to pay the fees for a different reason. The reasons given didn’t make sense. It seemed dishonest. We paid and will never be back to this dealership.
