Service took longer than estimated and I arrived at 6:35. I was led to believe that I was second as I able to pull right in one of the two non-appointment lanes. Car was taken at 6:52 and I sat down to have Dennis enter data. He estimated an hour for my oil change/tire rotation. Went to lounge and waited. At 8:37, I walked to try and find Dennis. Dennis met me and informed me because of the mileage I needed to come up with $450 for the 15,000 mile required maintenance. Said it be about another hour. Not Dennis’s fault but I was trying to plan my morning. 10:22 am, got call car was ready. With a longer estimated time, I could’ve worked my morning better. But other than the time, and I don’t believe that is on Dennis, Dennis was a gem!

I was very disappointed to see a non—mask/gloves wearing mechanic drive my vehicle into the service department. I myself was wearing and have been wearing a mask to not only abide by the signs clearly visible all over Goudy Honda but to abide by local and federal guidelines.
