I took my car for a noice that was been heard in the front of the driver side. Mr. Sader Gonzalez was super helpful and he went out of his way to help me resolve the problem. But according to the mechanic he couldn't find any issues. But the noise still persists. I will continue drive the car loke that and if the noise persists i will take it back for another evaluation.

There were a lot spots on the chrome area where the hood is open. It would be nice if after changing oil they would clean the area. Perhaps they placed a mat or something while changing oil

The person at Goudy Honda Service Mike Fogt raised his voice at me when I asked him a question. After waiting an hour for oil change, I received a text stating that my air filter was dirty. Mike didn’t follow up by calling to tell me how much it would cost. I had to walk to his desk to ask him why it took so long to inform me about the air filter. I asked him why wasn’t I called sooner about this problem. He then got very angry & started raising his voice & yelling back at me. He just acted very unprofessional towards me. He told me that it would cost $159 to replace filter. I didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes & the price is too high. So I only paid for the oil change & left. I do not want to deal with this unprofessional employee if I service my car next time
