I was happy with Dennis and the mechanic however I was not happy of why I had to take the car back. The week prior I had a 60,000 miles service and brakes done all around. I had to take the car back because of brake noise. Dennis told me they had to redo the brakes because rotors wet not done correctly. I wasted half my day waiting for my car. I was happy with Dennis he kept me informed and apologized many times for what happened. I take my car to Goudy because I want quality parts and work. I did not get that the first time with the brakes. It makes me wonder if the other work I paid for was done correctly.

I brought in my vehicle for maintenance and spent over $1,000 dollars per my service advisor's reccomendation; leaving my car overnight. When I receive my car the next day, I drive off and notice that my steering wheel felt drastically different. I look over and notice huge scuff marks at the very top then contacted Goudy Honda in regard to them. I was told to bring in my vehicle as soon as I could and returned in 2 days to discuss my concern. When I arrive, my initial service provider was unable to help and contacts his manager who completely disregarded and basically called me a liar; stating that there was absolutely no way this could've happened at Honda. He further disrespects me by offering to get an estimate on the car they inflicted interior damage to in the first place. I am extremely upset that no one is being held accountable.
