My service representative was very helpful, professional and appropriately wore a mask. Some of the others were not wearing masks as they were coming into work. I was especially concerned because the man who was driving the cars out of the waiting line had no mask or gloves!! Very concerning.

I must say my review was based on my dealing with Omar who was transparent and able to set up the service without insisting on unwelcomed service but stuck with my request. What I am disappointed is the discontinued service of a complementary car wash, expecialy after a 700.00 service bill.

Wilson was ok, but Dane Ishii, who took over my case when wilson was off, was terrible. He is the reason that I will never be coming back to Goudy Honda.
