Dennis was very professional and new what the problem was with my vehicle. It needed to be reprogrammed as the brake light would turn on when a vehicle was not in front of my vehicle. You guys had my car for 7 1/2 hours. You called me to tell me it was ready. I gave you almost $1000. I drove off and had to immediately come back because a yellow warning light lit up on my dash. The service manager said, “oh that’s simple.” 20 minutes later I had my car back. Then I drove a little bit further and found that, even after an alignment which I paid for, it was pulling to the left. I called and informed the service manager about this. He said, “oh that’s probably just from the tire rotation.” Of course I’m thinking I don’t give a **** why it is. I just care that my time is being wasted. You should never call the customer to tell them their car is ready if it is not ready
