Hello, I had no issue with the service given. My issue was I had received a coupon for oil change / tire rotation and then a free oil change next time. I was told it was for my previous CVR and not this one. The price was honored for the oil change / tire rotation but the free coupon was taken. I can assure you that those coupons were the only reason I came in as I have been completing my oil changes at Jiffy Lube. I do not plan on renewing my lease with Honda when my lease is up in 2021.
