I appreciate the dealerships availability to work with me as a customer of a “buy it for life” product. Alex was very helpful when I called in, explaining what warranties would cover hypothetical causes of a fault code, and Wilson was very understanding in terms of working with me through diagnostics.
I would like to add that most Honda dealers in the LA area are very shady. 2 exceptions I’ve noted are Goudy and Norm Reeves.
