Appointment line not efficient. When service advisor came to assist I was asked why I brought the car in. I made an appointment and all my info is on the system. Then he told me my car would be ready after 2. I told him I have an appointment so why would it be all day for an airbag recall? He said he was going to try to have it ready by 12:30.
Good thing is my car finished in an hour. Now Should I be concerned if the recall was done correctly?

Omar was great. He was professional, polite, and as helpful as he could be under the circumstances. Unfortunately, my BRAND NEW Civic has an intermittent problem with locks that could not be pinpointed or resolved during the 10 days my car was at your Service Department. We finally had to pick it up rather than be without a vehicle, as there was no resolution in sight.
When we first dropped off the car, Chastity in the cashier’s office was extremely rude, antagonistic, and unhelpful. She was much more polite and helpful when we returned to pick the car up.

I am incredibly grateful and was surprised at the ease and speed of the service performed.
The reason being is I didn't have an appointment, and was still attended pretty quickly. Although it turned out to be a minor issue (in my opinion, a nail in a tire is less cause for alarm than say a slipping transmission or engine overheating rapidly), it was still treated with concern and dealt with in a timely manner.

Compare with other Honda dealers, Gouldy Honda ialways charge higher. I also feel that it’s harder to receive car wash service after repairing in Gouldy Honda.
