Omar is an absolutely amazing worker! He was very understanding and took the time to explain everything to me in detail from what the problems were to how they were replaced or fixed. The next time I am coming to fix my car I would definitely find Omar and recommend him to some of my friends and family!

Terrible service and i will never be back. Dennis was very rude and unprofessional after I requested they review their recent work at my last service visit because suddenly my blower motor made noise at higher fan speeds. Dennis was indignant during the transaction and treated me with no respect. He assumed I wanted free service when all I wanted was a reasonable inquiry into a now defunct motor blower after a recent visit. I would have gladly paid for any service above and beyond their reasonable diagnosis but he refused and made me feel like less than human just for asking. I cannot even conversation with such unreasonable insolent people. I have a Land Rover and Porsche and I have never been treated with so much disrespect. I ultimately left and did not pursue their “service” after being insulted. The manager Chris tried to mediate the situation but the result was less than mediocre. Insult to injury — he did nothing. If this is what it means to own a Honda then this is sad. I’m stopping here because I’m disgusted with howI was treated there’s so much more to share
