Dennis was rude, sarcastic, and has a bad attitude. He made excuses for his lack of professionalism. My car wasn't even fixed when I picked it up. I had to show him the problem still existed. And after I showed him , he continued to blamed ME, and his technician (threw him under the bus) for my car not being fixed. He did not help me or his technician with the problem solving, but instead made the situation worse by making demeaning comments. Making your clients angry is not a sustainable business model. I have been a contributing citizen in Alhambra all my life and have been a service client and customer of goudy honda for almost 2 decades, however since that day I have decided to take mine and my family's business elsewhere.
