My concerns are always address when I am there. I also feel valued and enjoy going in to Goudy. I have gone to other Honda service shops in the area and I always end up leaving and returning back to Goudy. Huge thank you to all team members there, as even the person who was doing housekeeping when I went was helpful, kind, and very respectful (I did not catch his name but kudos to him too!) Goudy is an expert in customer service!

Mr. Gonzalez was very helpful and courteous. I was worried about the issue that was going on with my Honda, I explained to him what was going on and he seemed to know right away what the problem was, this made me feel less worried. He seemed to be very knowledgeable in auto mechanics and Honda vehicles. He explained to me that I’d have to leave my car for about 5 to 6 hours and offered to get me a Uber ride home but I chose to walk back home since I live close and my car was actually ready in only4 in a half hours. ????
