I was told it was going to take 90 minutes. After 2 hours and 30 minutes I went to the front counter inquiring about my vehicle. The advisor was not at his desk and other advisor helped me. He grabbed the keys and helped me to check out. It took 120 minutes instead of 90 minutes.

Came in telling the advisor we had an AC problem and little other details about what’s happening when AC is on. He did a diagnosis for something totally different and told it was fixed. 5 minutes are we left the AC stopped working. Called Advisor back and he said we didn’t mention anything about the AC not working when I specifically told him we have little kids and if the AC isn’t working during this heatwave, it’s all bad. Advisor failed to take all notes down about our concerns about our car. And we paid to fix something didn’t even get fixed. Very upsetting experience. We had a wonderful experience buying the car from you guys 3 years ago. But service wise? Terrible. For sure never come back to service our car or buy another car from you guys.
