I am very dissatisfied with the service because the service advisor was not up front with the work that needed to be done and ended up costing much more than the original intended repair. Specifically, the initial repair was just for the replacing the rack and pinion assembly which I was fine with but 2 days later, I get notified that I will need to also have the power steering pump replaced and that at that point, I could not drive out of the dealer without changing it. If I would have known up front the work that would have needed to be done, I could have made a decision to have my car serviced elsewhere before going down that road of having more work done. This has caused me to have to pay way more for service of an older vehicle which could have been taken care of appropriately in the first place if I knew up front what work needed to be done. It demonstrates that the service staff did not carefully evaluate my car service needs in the beginning and left me with no options but pay more money to the dealership.

I came in today to have some service done on my car. I am very disappointed with the person who helped me. I ended up paying for service that was already included. The employee did NOT tell me that these items were already included and had me pay extra for things that I would have gotten anyway. I found out because I asked another customer and then asked another service employee. I have no idea what he put down in the computer. I went ahead and paid the overcharged amount, however, I am very angry.
I would appreciate a response from you. Additionally, I am considering filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Just because I am an eldery woman does not mean it is okay to do this.
