Took my car for an oil change. I observed that the service on my car had been completed and I wasn’t notified that my car was ready. I waited about 15 minutes and the whole time my car was just parked until I went to ask about it then they finally brought it out. At Downey Honda, where I usually take my car, someone explains to me what is needed on my car. At Goudy, I just got the print out with no explanation of their findings. I will not be returning here for any service on my car. Should’ve known from the reviews online.

I was satisfied with the service provided by service representative Wilson Yu. The issue I have is that the technician who performed the oil change neglected to use the oil (Mobile 1) and filter that I provided despite a remark added by Wilson in the work order to use the oil and filter provided by the customer.
Wilson assured me afterwards that the technician used fully synthetic oil, a statement that I obviously cannot verify. Even if true, the filter I provided was a Mobile 1 filter. I doubt the technician used the same filter.
I believe the technician neglected to read the work order thoroughly and completely.
