I made an appointment for this past Monday 8/31 at 11:30am. Upon arrival the estimated wait time was 2 hours. I immediately left as I wasn’t willing to wait. What’s the point of having an appointment if wait times are horrible? Isn’t scheduling an appointment sole purpose is to avoid such a long wait? I came back on Wednesday 9/2 got my oil change done. Nothing unique about the experience.

Dennis was very professional throughout the entire time I dealt with him. My only problem was I had to go back to the dealer to fix a problem that happened as a result of my first visit. Had to take time off work to take car back to the dealer.

I did not leave my car for service because there was a charge of $150. Just to check it. I mentioned to your rep that my car starting leaking oil after I took it there at Honda Goudy in September for an oil change. I felt that I did not have to be charged for something I believe it was caused when the oil change was done. I left and did not leave my car as I was told of the charge of $150 just to check it. Then I was told if I would bring my car Friday that then it would be $75. But you see I need my to be fixed right away for work .
