My last experience here (before yesterday) wasn’t the greatest. I figured I’d give it one more final go as this is the closest location to me.
Mr Ishii was phenomenal. He was very straight forward, communication was great, and he gave me his recommendations but i like that he did not try to force the repairs on to me. He did state the urgency but again i didn’t feel pressured into it which was a relief compared to past experiences.

After general check up and see there are more works need to be done service department should let the car owner know estimate how much more times they need until it’s all done so car owner won’t wait at waiting room forever. Also disappointed coupon couldn’t apply before check out. Some people bring their car for service as urgent. They are not always going to carry the coupon with them. I think before the check out if one brings the coupon it should be apply.

Wilson was very helpful. I have 2020 Pilot that has a manufacturing defect or quality issue. Which has a misaligned door (driver and passenger side...front to back door)when I got it from Goudy. Wilson and the Service Dept manager help me out to get it fixed.
