I am not satisfied because of appointment schedules. I don't know why you would have to schedule an appointment if you don't take the person at that time they are schedule. You take people that just arrived in non-appointment area. My wife was schedule for 8am and wasn't see until 8:45am.

mechanic left the hood open. i was driving on the freeway and i noted that the hood was bouncing up and down. When I arrived to my destination I went and checked the hood and it was open. I had to push it down so I can lock it. Else, everything was satisfactory.

My Pilot was having trouble and it was easy to schedule an appt. They had readily available appt slots. Met Honda Advisor Sader. He is absolutely amazing. Signed me in with ease and offered me a Lyft home. Sader kept me up to date with all the troubles my vehicle was having and kept me informed about timeframe. Due to some parts, car was going to be there longer than expected but I got my car in less than a week. I was amazed by the rapid service I received. Sader definitely went above and beyond for me. I greatly appreciate it. Thank you Sader and all the Honda staff who worked on my Pilot. It is running absolutely great.

I brought my car in for minor maintenance service which included an oil change and tire rotation. I was informed one of my tires had a nail in it and could NOT be repaired and if I wanted to replace it there, it would cost $208. They did not tell me where exactly it was on the tire because I know that it can be repaired if it's on the tread and not on the sidewall. I declined the replacement and took it immediately afterwards to the tire center where I bought the tires last year and they said it can be patched and showed me where the nail was which was the tread. Unbelievable how dishonest goudy can be in trying to get more money from a customer. That's really disappointing coming from a Honda dealership. I also submitted a case to Honda corporation regarding this experience.

1. Appointments are not respected. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time before being helped by a service technician. Although I made an appointment, cars without appointments were being helped before me. 2. I felt ignored while asking for updates on the remaining waiting time. Since I am a woman, I asked my boyfriend to ask the same question and he was quickly attended. 3. The appointment system online allowed me to select the recall repair for my vehicle and as I was being attended, the technician told me that there was a chance that the repair was not able to occur that day. I suggest the website advise this facet.
