I have been a customer at the service department for the last few years and today’s experience by far was the worst of all. I don’t believe it’s Mr. Wu’s fault. But I felt that there is a lack of open communication on timing. My car was left there since the appointment time which was at 8:30 am. There was no update on the progress provided and by 3 pm I requested for the car to be released since I sensed that nothing had been done at all. I depend on my vehicle for my work and not being able to find out what the problem is makes me feel very disappointed and frustrated that the service department wasn’t able to help at a timely manner. I’m afraid that today’s visit will be my last time with Goudy Honda. I highly doubt that you will be able to do anything to achieve my complete satisfaction if there isn’t a change in the way the department operates.

Wilson was amazing, he is exactly what Honda advertises for being helpful and courteous. Wilson kept his cool even when I was upset at the prospect of paying for an inspection. Wilson assured me he would do everything he could to take care of me, thats why I drive 45 mins away when I have a Honda Dealer down the street in Whittier. The customer service at Goudy Honda is the best I've seen. I will always come back to this dealership for my Honda needs. Excellent employee, I cant praise him enough.

Appointment time I scheduled was at 8am. I dropped my car at appointment time and advisor stated it could take up to 4pm to finish my car. Job was supposedly for 2 hours from recall letter. Not sure why it took so long to complete the job. Not enough tech working that day? Or they started my car late? I didn't get my car back till 5:30pm that evening. I waited all day for my car. If job needed all day to complete, what's the point of making an appointment. I was not please with this experience!
