No, I didn’t like the costumer service. For selling cars they’re quick to do so but when it comes to costumer service it’s horrible. I didn’t like my experience at all. They told me it was going to take 2 hours. I got there at 10 in the morning didn’t leave till 3pm. There is no communication at all. If I could rate it from 1-10 I’d give it a zero!

When I dropped off my car I told Ivan the sales rep that my car was displaying an “A1” service code and according to my research an “A1” service includes an oil change and tire rotation. My tires were not rotated. Also, when Ivan asked me what type of oil I would like for my oil change, I told him “I don’t know, what do you recommend?” His response sounded like an effort to upsell me to the $89 oil service rather than trying to be of any assistance. It was very off putting and he’s probably following sales protocols. I also was not made aware that the service dept. closed at 6:00. The website states 7:00 so when I showed up at 6:15 to pick up my car I was rather annoyed. Luckily I found someone to open up the cashier’s office and retrieve my car. I’ve been coming to Goudy for over 15 years and I was really disappointed with the service this time around.
